Phyllis V. Schlemmer (Carmel) is doing a workshop about the book "The Only Planet of Choice" – Phyllis' book has been widely acknowledged as one of the most significant books of our time. Many of those thousands who have already read it, have spoken of the profound effect is has already had on their lives. This book represents the outcome of over twenty years of her work with her colleagues Dr. Andrija Puharich (discover of Uri Geller) and Sir John Whitmore of England, as well as many other distinguished scientists, scholars and theologians.
The Only Planet of Choice is based on the communications transceived through Phyllis' deep-trance work from an enlightened circle of universal beings known as "The Nine". Phyllis and her Israeli friends, Efrat Sar-Shalom and Seffi Hanegbi, their Peace Center Zman Midbar in the Judean Desert invites you to share in a unique experience in a unique place. Here some of history's greatest leaders rose and fell: our father Abraham, Moses, and Jesus of Nazareth. It was in this same desert that David composed his Psalms of Praise to the Lord, and it was here, too, that the earliest ascetics sought seclusion. The Essenes, the Pharisees, the Sadducees, and the Zealots all lived in the Judean Desert, and in the spirit of Qumran (Dead Sea Scrolls) can be found the source of "A Course in Miracles".
The object of this journey is to take "time out" from regular life – to reflect, to revitalize, to touch the spirit and to soar to the heights within, and to return home with renewed understanding and a fresh approach.
The journey includes visits to sites holy to Jews and Christians, combined with enriching spiritual processes and texts from "A Course in Miracles" and The Only Planet of Choice and periods of silence, prayer, and meditation. Unique excursions and experiences add flavor to your journey, and vigor to your work.
Our journey to Jordan takes us to Wadi Rum, the seat of Lawrence of Arabia, Petra, the breathtaking Nabatean city carved out of the pink rock.
We may make an extraordinary journey to the Mountain of God – Mount Karkoum in the Negev. Here 40,000 rock paintings were discovered, including representations of the tablets of the Ten Commandments and the word God, scorpions, snakes, camel trains, hunting parties, and more
We join Tel Arad, the ruins of the Canaanite town where an exact replica of the Jerusalem temple has been unearthed.
Your hosts on the journey will be Phyllis, Efrat and Seffi , or other guides from the Zman Midbar team.
Phyllis V. Schlemmer (Carmel) is an internationally known psychic, medium, astrologer, and healer. She is a deep trance medium / transceiver with no memory of what transpires. As a pioneer in the field of psychic sciences, she has lectured and presented workshops at universities and civic organizations throughout the United States, Europe and Israel. She also pioneered a series on the psychic, "The World Around Us" for U.S. television. 1/10/07 Landing day
Meet at Ben- Gurion Airport. Transfer to Zman Midbar, where we stay overnight
2-3/10/07 The Workshop
Spend these days immersed in the spiritual journey of Phyllis’s “The Only Planet of Choice” and the Course in Miracles® promoting personal inner growth and self-awareness. Some hours are devoted to this work each day, interspersed with excursions into the desert.
Begin every day with meditation and yoga, followed by breakfast. Enjoy a delicious and varied vegetarian lunch daily, we are helping to prepair.
In the afternoons we take a break to enjoy local attractions and experiences. These include participation in the archeological dig at Tel Arad, and visit Qumran and Dead Sea.

4-5/10/07 Jordan Tour
On forth day noon we cross the border into Jordan. Explore Wadi Rum, and travel along the historic "Incense Route". Visit the sites of "Khumema" .Overnight at "Tibbet-Z'man".
On fifth day visit the spectacular Nabatean city of Petra and Bak to Aqaba
Crossing Border. Overnight at "Shaharut" a desert settlement founded by Seffi Hanegbi
6/10/07 A Journey to the Mt. of God
Depart Shahrut for a jeep journey to the Mount of God, Mount Karkoum in the Negev Desert, regarded by Prof. Emanuel Anati as the true biblical Mount Sinai. Our guide Seffi Hanegbi, who worked alongside Prof. Anati for 14 years discovering the hidden secrets of the Mount: rock engravings, shrines, and wondrous natural finds.
In the span of a few hours we attempt to identify all the archeological signs pointing to the identity of the mountain as Mount Sinai, and learn about the true significance of this place.

This morning we will digest the Journey and in the afternoon we will leave "Zman Midbar" to Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport.

What to bring:
Clothing suitable for hot days and cold nights (we are sleeping in an gigantig tent in the Judean hills where you have a view of the dead sea and the desert, look it up on: www.zmanmidbar.net) toiletries and towel, personal medications, hiker's pack (needle and thread, penknife, scissors, and so on), torch, head covering, small backpack for day tours, notebook and pen, sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottle.
