Yoga at sunrise and sunset.
An hour and a half of Yoga and breathing exercises combined with guided imagery and meditation.
At sunrise we do our exercises opposite the breathtaking desert panorama. Towards evening, we exercise in the Earth Structure.
As breathing is connected to thought, we learn how to breathe consciously. This in turn develops our concentration, increases our oxygen absorption, nourishes our bodies, and facilitates calm relaxed thinking.
Yoga is a 5000-year old doctrine of delicate body postures that aims to strengthen the body and increase flexibility. These postures work on the entire body, including the internal organs, and lead to better concentration as well as spiritual and mental development.
Classes are open to everyone.

Children's classes are based on Yoga exercises combined with playing games.
